TIS Partners is a small architecture practice. We review systems that carry real load, help remove the bottlenecks worth removing, and write technical due diligence for people who sign things.

Why "TIS"?

The initials come from the address: thinking in software. That is the method, borrowed from structural engineers who think in loads before they think in materials. Most systems we review hang from one anchored end: one database, one queue, one senior engineer holding up far more than the diagram admits. The first job of a review is finding the anchored end before it moves.

How we work

Every engagement starts the same way: a fixed-scope, fixed-fee architecture review. Two weeks of evidence gathering, a written findings report, and decision records your team owns afterwards. The review is designed to be executable without us; follow-on work is scoped from findings, never assumed.

We do not resell software, take referral fees, or accept work we would have to grade ourselves on. If a review would not help yet, the scoping call ends with us saying so.
